Fletcher Allen Health Care's fiscal year runs from October 1st through September 30th. Every quarter, Fletcher Allen publishes a Statement of Operations that includes operating revenues, operating expenses and net income for the quarter, in addition to a comparison with the previous fiscal year.

Fletcher Allen also publishes a year-to-date report each quarter that contains operating revenues and expenses for the year-to-date and a comparison with year-to-date figures from the previous fiscal year.
