Public Forum on Act 53 Hospital Community Report and Community Needs Assessment Set for September 12

Fletcher Allen Health Care will hold a public forum to discuss Fletcher Allen's most recent Act 53 Hospital Community Report and its Community Needs Assessment on Tuesday, September 12, 2006, at 6:30 p.m. in Davis Auditorium, located in the Ambulatory Care Center of the Medical Center Campus in Burlington, Vermont.   At the forum, Fletcher Allen will give a presentation on its 2006 Community Needs Assessment follow-up survey and its 2005 Act 53 Hospital Community Report.  There will then be an opportunity for public comment.
