New Institutional Communication and Openness Plan Adopted

In response to one of the conditions of the Renaissance Project Certificate of Need approval, which was issued in November 2003, Fletcher Allen has adopted a plan for improving institutional communication and openness.  The goal of this plan is to improve Fletcher Allen's communication process, and to ensure increased transparency and inclusiveness in our operations and decision-making.
