Health and Fitness Opportunities

HEALTH AND FITNESS OPPORTUNITIES

Many local health and fitness clubs offer special services to seniors. Check the Yellow Pages in the phone book under Health Clubs and Gymnasiums for a complete listing.  Also, call your town's Parks and Recreation department for information on fitness and recreational activities.

University Mall opens at 6:30 a.m. Monday through Saturday and 10:00 a.m. on Sunday to allow people to walk.  One complete loop is three-quarters of a mile.
