Mission Statement

Fletcher Allen Health Care is committed to providing excellent clinical care to elders in its service area to enable them to live healthy, active and independent lives.

Fletcher Allen Health Care, through Elder Care Services, will ensure that its health care services meet the needs of elders, especially the most frail and complex older patient.

Elder Care Services will work in partnership with community agencies to assure elders are treated with respect and dignity while receiving specialized care, have the smoothest possible coordination between environments, and benefit from the research and education missions of the academic medical center.
