We are very pleased that you are interested in volunteering at Fletcher Allen Health Care.

The first step toward volunteering is to complete an application and send it back to us, provide reference information, and when we receive your application, we call you to schedule an interview. The purpose of the interview is to learn more about you so that an appropriate placement can be made. You will then attend a mandatory Welcome and Orientation session. Please refer to the Orientation Schedule below. You do not need to sign up ahead of time to attend the Volunteer Orientation but you do need to do it before you start volunteering.

An opportunity to serve

Would you like to brighten someone's day?
Do you have 3-4 hours a week to spare?
Schedules and volunteer roles can be flexible to fit individual time schedules, abilities and interests.
*Please see Volunteer assignments under Opportunities section

Time commitment

Our volunteers are an important and integral part of Fletcher Allen Health Care, and are missed when they are not able to report for duty as scheduled.  For this reason, we ask for a minimum length-of-service commitment of three to four hours weekly for three months. Some positions require a six-month commitment.
