Classes/Events Healthsource is a community health education series offered to the public at no cost.  Classes range in topic from chronic illness management to alternative medicine.  Fall 2008 Healthsource	Bloom Where You Are Planted: Aging In Place Tips for Older Adults Monday, October 13, 7 PM - 8 PM Presented by Jeanne Hutchins , M.A., Manager, Elder Care Services Suzanne K.Goetschius,  RN, Geriatric Clinical Specialist, Fletcher Allen Ask any older Vermonter about aging and they will tell you "I want to be in my own home." It’s called "aging in place" and it requires planning and knowing what the options for support and services are along the way. Learn how to remain independent at home, how to prevent or plan for changes in function, what options are available that support aging in place, and how to have conversations with family members about your goals as you age.
