Healthier Living Workshops
Free classes for people living with a chronic condition such as arthritis, asthma, diabetes, heart disease, lung disease, chronic pain, or another chronic condition? This free workshop teaches participants how to deal with frustration, fatigue and pain, improve strength and endurance, manage medications, and much more.
