Tobacco Cessation

The Vermont Quit Network is available to all Vermonters wanting to stop using tobacco.  We offer tobacco cessation clinics, on-going support, and individual services.

Tobacco Cessation Group Classes:

Group cessation classes based on the American Cancer Society's freshstart program run for 4 weeks.  Classes offer information about tobacco use, nicotine replacement, stress management, and group support.  Call for future class dates and locations!

Ready or Not Sessions:  FREE one-time classes  for people who are thinking about quitting tobacco.  Call us for next class! (802) 847-6541 

Free or low-cost Nicotine Replacement and Resources:

Vermonters can now get a free limited supply of nicotine replacement (patches, lozenge, gum).  In Chittenden County, call 802-847-6541 for information.

The Group That Quit:
If you have already successfully quit smoking and want to remain smoke-free, join others who have quit smoking at Uncommon Grounds on Church Street in Burlington the last Friday of every month at 8AM.  For more information, call Anna-Marie at 802-343-8398.
