Fletcher Allen's Hematology/Oncology Clinic is staffed by thirteen board-certified Medical Oncologists and Hematologists. Our caregivers also include a physician’s assistant, a patient navigator, a dietician, a social worker, clinical fellows, registered nurses, nurse practitioners, pharmacists,  psychologists, clinical research coordinators, and support staff. 

All cancer care areas at Fletcher Allen are part of the Vermont Cancer Center (VCC). Here, the University of Vermont and Fletcher Allen integrates patient care with education and research to provide cancer patients and their families with the best care possible.

Fletcher Allen Healh Care  Oncology, the Vermont Cancer Center, and Copley Hospital have joined to form the FAHC Oncology Outreach Clinic located at the  Copley Hospital Ambulatory Care Unit. 

The clinic offers oncologic consultation, follow up care, and contemporary chemotherapy administration. People with cancer are offered participation in clinical trials in this rural setting. Staff includes Julie Olin, MD, Clinical Associate Professor of Medicine; Elizabeth Steiner, Oncology Nurse Practioner, and three registered nurses with extensive chemotherapy administration training and experience.
