The Patient and Family Advocacy Department strives to promote positive Guest Relations and assists patients and families with their concerns.

We serve as a liaison between health care providers and patients and families. The department serves as a resource for special requests regarding housing, meals, parking and any other individual needs.

The Patient and Family Advocacy Department is located at the Medical Center Campus, adjacent to the Surgical Waiting Area.
