Gift Shop

A gift shop is located on the main level just off the lobby and registration area. Books, magazines, newspapers, flowers and numerous arts and crafts and toys are available.

Hours of Operation:

Monday through Wednesday, 9:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m.
Thursday & Friday, 9:00 a.m. until 7:30 p.m.

 

Food Service

The Dunbar Café is located on the ground floor.  Breakfast, sandwiches, salad bar and snacks available on weekdays from 7:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m.  (click here for this week’s menu)

Vending machines are located on the ground floor, and are accessible 24 hours a day. 

Catering is available on request. (click here for information and catering form) 

 

Notary Public

A list of Notaries Public is available through the Office of Patient and Family Advocacy at (802) 847-3500. Notaries are available to witness the signing of legal documents.

 

Spiritual Care Services

A chaplain is available for patients and their families 24 hours a day.

Interfaith Services:  Sunday at 10:30 am

Patient Representatives

Fletcher Allen has patient representatives available to help you and your family with any questions or concerns you may have regarding your hospital stay. The Office of Patient and Family Advocacy can be reached at (802) 847-3500 or through the hospital paging system.

 

Pharmacy

Health Center Pharmacy is located in the Medical Office Building (MOB) on the first floor, Suite 103.  Health Center Pharmacy is open to the public for all prescription needs including prescriptions for post-op surgeries.  Phone number 847-7462.

Hours of Operation:

Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. until 5:30 p.m.

 

Shuttle Buses

A free shuttle runs continuously between the Medical Center and Fanny Allen Campus during the hours of 5:45 a.m. until 6:15 p.m. The shuttle stops are located at the east entrance of the Medical Center Campus and the main entrance of the Fanny Allen Campus.

 

Walk-In Care Center

The Walk-In Care Center provides urgent care services for patients of all ages on a first come, first serve basis. Additionally, the Walk-In Care Center also runs an Infusion Center which provides infusion related services on a pre-scheduled basis.

Mon, 9:00 am - 9:30 pm
Tues-Fri, 8:00 am - 9:30 pm 
Sat and Sun, 9:00 am - 8:00 pm
