Bank Services
An ATM is located in the McClure Lobby. Cards that are acceptable for withdrawal purposes are listed on the front of the machine.
A Vermont Health Care Credit Union automated teller machine (ATM) offering access to the NYCE, AMEX, CIRRUS, DISCOVER, MC, PLUS, YANKEE 24, and VISA networks is available 24 hours/day between the Shepardson and Engineer buildings on the third floor level of the hospital.
Gift Shop
The hospital auxiliary operates a gift shop located in the main lobby of the Ambulatory Care Center (Level 3). The gift shop offers magazines, flowers, candy, greeting cards, and a variety of gifts.
Hours of Operation:
Monday through Friday 7:30 a.m. until 7:30 p.m.
Saturday: 11:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m.
Sunday: 12:00 noon until 5:00 p.m.
Food Service
The McClure Deli and Grill is located on the Lobby Level of the McClure Building and is open from 5:00 a.m. until 3:00 a.m. seven days a week. (click here for this week’s menu)
Main Street Café is located on Baird 3, serves breakfast, lunch and snacks from 6:30 a.m. until 1:30 p.m. (click here for this week’s menu)

Newspapers
The Burlington Free Press and USA Today are on each floor of the hospital.
Notary Public
There are Notary Publics on staff at the Medical Center Campus and at each of our campuses during business hours to witness the signing of legal documents. If specific information is needed please contact the Office of Patient and Family Advocacy at (802) 847-3500 or they are located at the Medical Center Campus in Modular A.
Spiritual Care Services
A chaplain is available for patients and their families 24 hours a day.
An Interfaith Chapel is located off the first floor corridor, between McClure and Smith 1. It is open and available for prayer and meditation with the exception of when specific services are held.
Services in the Medical Center Chapel:
Roman Catholic Masses: Monday through Friday 11:30 am
Interfaith Services: Sunday 8:30 am
Weekend Masses:
Austin Auditorium (located on Shepardson 4), Saturday at 4:00 pm
Fletcher Allen Chapel (located on McClure 1) Sunday at 9:00 am
Services may be viewed on Channel 2 from patient rooms.

Patient Representative
Fletcher Allen has patient representatives available to help you and your family with any questions or concerns you may have about your hospital stay and can be reached at (802) 847-3500 or through the hospital paging system.
Pharmacy
The Health Center Pharmacy is located on the main lobby of the Ambulatory Care Center (Level 3) and is open to the public.
Hours of Operation:
Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.
Saturday 9:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m.
Shuttle Buses
A free shuttle bus runs continuously between the Medical Center Campus to the Burlington waterfront from 7:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m. It travels from the east side of the Medical Center Campus, down Church Street to the Champlain Flyer Train Station by the waterfront and stops at the main entrance of the UHC Campus on its way back up Church Street every 15 minutes.
There is also a shuttle that runs about every 15 minutes from the Medical Center Campus to Fanny Allen Hospital between the hours of 5:45 a.m. and 9:00 p.m.
For employees who are parking off campus at Gutterson Field House, Centennial Field, Yankee Medical, Champlain Mill, Technology Park and General Dynamics the shuttle is in operation from 5:30 a.m. until 9:00 p.m. every 15 minutes to the Medical Center Campus.
