Registration
- Fletcher Allen Health Care is not responsible for patient valuables and patients are therefore encouraged to leave all non-essential items at home.
- Patients should expect to arrive 15 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment.
- Patients will be greeted by a receptionist and subsequently directed to a Registration Representative who will obtain demographic and financial information.
- Consent forms will be signed upon patient arrival.
- Patients will need to present insurance cards and pay their co-pay and/or deductible at the time of service.
