At Fletcher Allen Health Care, registered radiologic technologists operate the CT scanners. These technologists also have additional training and certification in CT.
We have four CT scanners at Fletcher Allen Health Care, including 4 slice, 16 slice, 40 slice, and 64 slice configurations. Our newest Philips Brilliance 64 slice scanner is located in the Emergency Department, which allows us to provide images within minutes of arrival for emergent patients.
