The Vermont Regional Diabetes Center is a team of physicians, nurses, dietitians, educators and other healthcare professionals dedicated to the evaluation, treatment, and education of patients diagnosed with diabetes.

The Center provides comprehensive patient-focused diabetes care and consultative services to adults and young patients and their families, referring physicians and other health care providers.
