Services
The Vermont Center for Reproductive Medicine offers the full gamut of reproductive technologies including donor sperm, donor IVF (both anonymous and non-anonymous), intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI), assisted hatching, and with the assistance of Dr. Tom Jackson, a Fletcher Allen Health Care urologist, various forms of surgical sperm retrieval such as microsurgical epidydimal sperm aspiration (MESA), and testicular sperm retrieval (TESE). We have a successful frozen embryo transfer program, with a state-of-the-art cryopreservation system. We also do compassionate gestational carriage.
Our philosophy is simple: we wish to provide superb state-of-the-art assisted reproductive technology to our patients, in an atmosphere of compassionate and individualized care. Further, we try to minimize the costs and the emotional trauma our patients incur during this difficult time. Finally, we want to train superb reproductive endocrinologists with the same ideals as we have: compassion and commitment to excellence.
Our non-profit program is a full member of the Society for Assisted Reproductive Technology (SART), and has been so for many years. We submit all of our cycle data to the SART/CDC national registry, and follow SART/American Society for Reproductive Medicine Guidelines for various aspects of assisted reproduction (ART). Our lab is certified by both JCAHO and CAP (College of American Pathologists) accrediting agencies. Our clinic is registered with the FDA, and successfully completed our first FDA inspection in March 2007.
