How to find us

We are located at the UHC Campus of Fletcher Allen Health Care at 1 South Prospect Street in Burlington, Vermont.  One you have entered through the main doors, take Elevator A to the third floor.  Our reception area is just outside the elevator door.

Our office hours are Monday through Friday 8 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Directions to our office are listed below:

 

From the Rutland area

Take Route 7 North to Pearl Street in Burlington.  Turn right onto Pearl Street.  Stay on Pearl Street to the first light.  Turn right at the light onto South Prospect Street.  Fletcher Allen Health Care, UHC Campus, will be on your right.

 

From St. Albans and points North

Take I-89 South to Exit 14W.

 

From the Montpelier/White River Junction areas

Take I-89 North to Exit 14W.

 

From the Plattsburgh/Massena/Malone areas

Take Cumberland Head/Grand Isle Ferry.  Follow Route 314 to Route 2 East to I-89 South.  Take Exit 14W.  (Alternate: Cross Rouses Point Bridge. Take Route 2 South to I-89 South to Exit 14W)

 

From Exit 14W

When you exit the ramp, the Sheraton will be on your right.  At the fifth traffic light turn right onto South Prospect Street.  The University Green will be on your right.  Turn left at the sign for Fletcher Allen Health Care, UHC Campus.  The attendant will tell you where to park.
