Knowing that the children at Vermont Children's Hospital need their support regardless of weather, nearly 300 motorcyclists participated in this year's Biking for Miracles. A small group of riders gathered at Land Air Honda in Essex, Vermont and then joined the larger group at Rouses Point, New York for the 47 mile ride to the Naked Turtle in Plattsburgh. In spite of the constant rain, spirits were high and riders had a great time at the party at the Naked Turtle. More than $31,000 was raised from this event to support the pediatric oncology programs at Vermont Children's Hospital. We are already looking forward to the 7th annual Biking for Miracles in 2007 and sunnier skies.
