Send an e-mail message to a patient We are pleased to provide this on-line service which allows you to send an e-mail message to your family member or friend who is a patient at Fletcher Allen. Encouraging messages can play an important role in a patient's recovery.

How to send an e-mail message

Before you submit your message, please be sure that the PATIENT'S FIRST AND LAST NAME, room number (if known) and the sender's name are included in the e-mail message. Just click on the "Send an e-mail message" icon at the bottom of the page. Type your message and send it. Your message will be sent to Volunteer Services Department.

How will it be delivered? *

An e-mail greeting, received before 2 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, will be printed on special paper and delivered by a volunteer from FAVORS (Fletcher Allen Volunteers Offer Room Service). FAVORS is a free service by volunteers, provided for the comfort and convenience of patients and their families.
