Mark A. Levine, MD - Program Director

Dr. Levine graduated from The University of Rochester School of Medicine and completed his Internal Medicine Residency, including a chief residency, at the University of Vermont. He has been the Internal Medicine Residency Program Director at UVM for the last twelve years.  He also practices General Internal Medicine and has been honored with numerous teaching awards over the years. 

Mary Ramundo, MD - Associate Program Director

Dr. Ramundo graduated from UMDNJ-Rutgers Medical School and completed her Internal Medicine Residency and a fellowship in Infectious Diseases at Cornell University - Northshore Hospital. Dr. Ramundo is an Infectious Diseases attending and has been Associate Program Director since 2001.

Mark Pasanen, MD - Associate Program Director

Dr. Pasanen graduated from the University of Vermont College of Medicine and completed his Internal Medicine Residency, including a chief residency, at the University of Washington in Seattle.  He practices General Internal Medicine and oversee the resident ambulatory curriculum.

Dorothy Shelc - Program Administrator

Dottie has been the Program Administrator for many years.  In addition to making the program run smoothly, she provides great support to the residents and helps them navigate through residency.
