Fletcher Allen Health Care is a not-for-profit tertiary medical center located in Burlington, VT. Fletcher  Health Care is affiliated with the University of Vermont College of Medicine for teaching and research.

Fletcher Allen Health Care Pathology and Laboratory Medicine provides routine and esoteric testing services with rapid turnaround time for your test results. Highly esoteric tests are sent to our reference laboratory partner, the Mayo Clinic.

The laboratory has had an extensive outreach program for over 25 years. Fletcher Allen Health Care serves as the reference laboratory to most of the hospitals in Vermont. We provide professional pathology services in surgical pathology, histology, and cytology. Our Staff of 26 pathologists provide medical director services to over 20 physician office laboratories and 2 hospital laboratories. We provide coverage for local pathologists as required.
